Frequently Asked Questions

Us

  • We ONLY use our own, fully trained engineers, working to OUR exacting standards.
  • ALL our engineers are Gas Safe registered, local, and work directly for us.

  • BOXT do not use their own engineers.

Us

  • If something goes wrong,  simply call us, we are a 24 hours a day 365 days a year, so if your boiler stops working for some reason on Christmas day, call us. When we fit your boiler we take full ownership and expect to look after it.
  • If the boiler is under manufacturer warranty, you should still call us first, we will be with you that same day, if it is something best repaired under warranty, we will call the manufacturer and arrange a service call for you.

  • Ask you to call the manufacturer, so in the event that there is a problem on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the earliest you are likely to see an engineer is the Tuesday, potentially 5 days after your initial problem
  • Bank holidays and Christmas breaks can make this even longer.
